Terms of Service

Effective July 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Erudite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Erudite is a coaching platform for managing clients, sessions, recordings, AI-assisted transcription and analysis, reporting, and related workflows. We may update or change features over time.

3. Your account and responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, for all activity under it, and for ensuring you have the necessary rights and client consent for any data you upload or process — including recording consent and applicable privacy obligations.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to disrupt it, access data you are not authorized to access, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. AI outputs

Transcripts and AI coaching analysis are generated automatically and may contain errors. They are provided for your review and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all AI-generated content before relying on it.

6. Fees and subscriptions

Paid plans, usage-based AI charges, and billing terms (where applicable) will be described at the point of purchase. Third-party AI usage may incur costs under your own provider account when you use your own API key.

7. Data and privacy

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
